I run my home business, Dilbeck Marketing, from a small cabin in the mountains near Murphy, NC – about 50 miles from the nearest traffic jam and much closer than that to the Great Smoky Mountains.
Working at home gave me the freedom to be the full-time caretaker for my elderly mother for over six years so she didn’t have to go into a nursing home. Unfortunately, her health declined in August, 2008, and she had to move into a nursing home for the final three months of her life. It’s just not the same around here now that she’s gone.
I started the Squidoo Marketing community on Ning.com and I invite you to visit and join if you feel so inclined.
