Hey John, I updated the report recently to the latest working method, so http://www.squidootricks.com works again now.

The issue with Squidoo and aweber working together wouldn’t be the aweber people, it would be the Squidoo people. Squidoo doesn’t want opt in forms embedded into the lenses. Squidoo wants any opt in form to be on a separate site.

Currently though, SquidooTricks.com is the only working method to accomplish our aims :p

Apparently, this won’t be the solution we wanted. See the comments on this post:

Squidoo is working with Clearspring.com to stop this from working on Squidoo.

Why can’t AWeber and Squidoo work together to come up with a solution that will work?

Be sure to read the update on this issue on my 21st Century Affiliate Marketing blog and the comments to the blog post referenced in the post above.

It looks like Squidoo is actively working to disable this method of adding active AWeber sign-up forms to our lenses.

Sigh.
